How do I make a purchase? Browse Zuri, select your product, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your payment through our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store? No. Zuri operates exclusively online to provide a global selection of products at competitive prices.

Do you ship to my country? Yes. We ship internationally. Shipping options and estimated times will appear at checkout based on your specific address.

How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days. You will receive a tracking code via email once dispatched.

What are the payment methods? We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Can I pay with cash on delivery? No. All payments are processed securely online at the time of purchase.

Can I change my order or address? We can only modify or cancel an order before it has been processed. If you need to update details, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, no changes can be made.

Why did I only receive part of my order? If your order includes items from different logistics centers, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking codes.

What if my delivery is delayed? Please check your tracking code for updates. If the estimated timeframe of 12 business days has passed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
