Refund Policy
At Zuri, your satisfaction is our priority. If your product has a manufacturing defect or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the conditions below.
Timeframes

Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days after receipt.

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days after receipt. For visible damage (broken items, missing parts, scratches), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and its packaging. Beyond this timeframe, damage will be considered the result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. We do not accept returns for items that have been altered or modified. Once the item is received and passes our quality analysis, you may choose to:

Receive a refund for the product value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, please provide a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.
